Emailing for Review

Overview

Email for review is a feature in Contribute where you can submit an incomplete page for review to anyone by email. Contribute automatically creates a temporary page and adds a link to it within the email.

To do this

1. Edit a page in Contribute the same way as you would normally. Do not publish the page!
2. Select from the menu File>Email Review.
3. When you have done this Contribute will create an email for you, leaving you to enter email addresses and to click send.

You Must Not publish the page as this will remove the temporary page. You can close Contribute and next time you open Contribute back up the page will still be there ready to be published.

Things to Remember

• When saving the main page for a section or a new folder needs to be called ‘index.htm’
• We are using .htm as our default file extension not html
