Terms and conditions: Payment for registration fees should accompany
your Booking Form. All outstanding fees must be paid at lest five working days prior to
the start of the conference. Booking Forms and/or Credit Card details sent by Fax must
be followed up by the original form duly signed. If payment is made by credit card, your
details shold be included on the form above which must be correctly completed in all
aspects. The University of Edinburgh will instruct any payments made by credit card to
be charged immediately. Alternatively, payment should be made by £ sterling draft,
drawn on a UK bank, made payable to The University of Edinburgh. If delegates do not pay
by either of these methods they will be liable for any bank charges which may arise. |
Cancellations: All places are fully transferable. The University of
Edinburgh reserves the right to cancel or postpone the conference, in which case fees
will be refunded without penalty. Cancellations received in writing up to 14 days before
the start of the Conference will incur a 20% cancellation fee (or total fees).
Thereafter no refund will be given. In the event of cancellation, University of
Edinburgh will not be held liable for registrants' travel or accommodation costs. |
